7.1. You agree to indemnify and hold TECHSTORM LTD harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
8.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any unlawful or fraudulent use.
9.1. You agree to hold in the strictest confidence and not disclose to any third party any confidential information acquired in connection with any aspect of the products and/or services offered by TECHSTORM LTD. You shall promptly notify TECHSTORM LTD if you discover any loss or unauthorised disclosure of such information.
9.2. Any information or material sent to TECHSTORM LTD will be deemed non-confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and TECHSTORM LTD.
10.1. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available at law or under these Terms (including seeking injunctive relief), TECHSTORM LTD is entitled, without notice, to cancel these Terms, limit or deny a user’s use of the website and services, or to claim specific performance of any obligation (whether or not the due date for performance has arrived) if any user:
10.1.1. breaches any of these Terms;
10.1.2. uses the website in an unauthorised manner; or
10.1.3. infringes any statute, regulation, ordinance, or law.
10.2. Breach of these Terms entitles TECHSTORM LTD to take legal action without prior notice. You agree to reimburse TECHSTORM LTD for the costs associated with such legal action on an attorney-and-own-client scale to the extent permitted by law.
11.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
12.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
